Eyelash extensions are an entirely new method of enhancing the length and thickness of eyelashes. Extensions are applied on a lash-by-lash basis for a totally natural look. This is a procedure where individual synthetic lashes are bonded with a medical grade glue to your very own eyelash.
The lashes come in different lengths to provide your technician the ability to give you anywhere from a very natural to a very dramatic looking lash line. The lashes are thicker than the average human lash and come in Black and Brown colors which creates a look that does not require mascara.
These lashes are applied one by one to your individual lashes and are so natural looking, no one will suspect that they aren't your real lashes. Because there are no clusters of lashes and no clumps , the lash extensions look extremely natural.
How are Lash Extensions Applied?
The initial procedure takes approximately 1.5-2 hours, depending on the natural lashes. It is absolutely pain-free and quite relaxing for the client.
A touch-up is required every 2-4 weeks to replace those lashes that have been shed and to re-press those that have become loose.
The fill procedure takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour and its very relaxing. You may even fall asleep.
This treatment involves attaching anywhere between 30-70 individual lashes depending on the density of your own lashes. The lashes grow out and fall off with your own lash life cycle. Typically a human lash lasts between 60 - 90 days, although everyone's growth cycle will vary.
The semi-permanent eyelashes can last up to 2+ months if they are taken care of properly. There are certain maintenance techniques that will help extend the life of your new lashes.
